Customers browse categories, raise requests, track them (Pending → Accepted → Completed) and leave ratings
Suppliers register with verification documents, stay inactive until approved, manage listings and reply to reviews
Admins approve suppliers (auto-creating categories), block accounts, moderate reviews and monitor platform analytics
Session-based auth with role-based route protection
